Brief description

Map4Fostercare is a transformative initiative designed to reinforce foster parent education by integrating flexibility and resilience into existing programs. Aiming to arm foster parents and professionals with a broad spectrum of training, from psychology and functional medicine to coaching and Philosophy for Children (P4C), the project aspires to cultivate a sustainable model. Through a train-the-trainer program, it will engender mentors for ongoing learning, ensuring foster parents are well-equipped to meet the multifaceted needs of children in their care.

Objectives

Elevate Foster Parent Education: To offer an enriched, multi-disciplinary training curriculum that addresses the comprehensive needs of children in foster care.
Foster Continuous Learning: Establish a mentorship framework that promotes ongoing development for foster parents and professionals.
Cultivate a Supportive Community: To build a network of trained mentors among foster parents and professionals, fostering peer support and shared growth.

Results

Results Bucata de rezultate NU va fi exact la fel la fiecare proiect, pentru că e în funcție de rezultatele specifice.

În general, sunt 3-4 rezultate pe proiect, pe care le vom prezenta cum sunt cele de mai jos, împărțite în două categorii, după caz: Ready to use și Working on (le mutăm noi dintr-o parte în alta când sunt gata de utilizat).
